Interesting… Really!

One would however be forced to think whether this interview would be best placed at the end of the interview, in the middle or right at the beginning?

Depending on how you have managed to make it to this level of an interview, you would probably be able to play these questions at different times. Right? Or do they have to be towards the tail of the exchange of views?

My last interview was held at a coffee joint in an airport lobby where the employer was landing and I was to take off. Given a total of 28 mins between the first hand shake and the final boarding announcement, I had little time to ask for these answers.

As I wait for the next round of talks (confidently hopeful), I am seeing how these questions will help ensure the marriage is right and that the working relationship will be “complementary” not just ‘complimentary’.

Nice article. Its really helpful for beginners. Instead of investing directly in stock Market Mutual funds will be the best option to start our small investment. Min monthly SIP is of Rs. 500 so investing 2k in 3-4 different mutual funds will give you good return in current market position.
